Russ (contractor) & his crew were OUTSTANDING!! If there were 10 stars to give, they would get 10. The estimate was very fair & he never went over, but actually worked at saving us money during the renovation. We spoke with a number of previous clients to get a feel of his work & project outcome.They all did renovations over the past 10 - 15 years. Most had major work done & everyone could not speak highly enough of Russ & crew. Those clients referred Russ to other family & friends & many have done repeats of Russ's talents. We had 1600 sq.ft. interior home renovation - transformed kitchen & 2 bathrooms into unbelievable beauty. Project estimate completion was 6-8 weeks. It was turn key ready in 7 weeks. Russ & crew have outstanding work ethics. Russ & his various crew for tiling, cabinetry & etc were great at communication on every facet involving the renovation. Russ returned ALL text or phone messages within 10 min., but no longer than a couple hours. The whole team did detail finish. When Russ stated he works with the best--wow, our outcome is proof of that statement. Once moved in, we noticed several minor issues to be addressed. Russ was immediately back to take care of anything needing to be addressed. We have never felt so at ease with such a big project.
