Melida Espino5 StarWhere do I start! BMS CAT is an amazing company that our family was blessed to come across with, after encountering a fire in our home! They have been honest, helpful, efficient, and open to communicating about any issues or concerns we might have! Carlos Ocampo is an amazing project manager, he is always available and willing to listen to any feedback! Carlos Salazar is our project coordinator and he also a great person and explained to us, everything about the process in the project! They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional individuals! We met Shane Hudson ( General manager) and Douglas ( Content manager) which they also are open to communication and collaborating with us. Every single person that we have interacted with has been very supportive and helpful so far!
They are professionals at what they do! All their different teams are friendly, respectful, reliable, and willing to help as much as they can! Their work integrity and ethics are admirable! They are also very transparent with every step they will take. We are really thankful for their support throughout this process! I can thank them enough! Adrianna Scales5 StarAs a first time home owner, having to get large repairs done can seem daunting! I wasn’t certain on the process, logistic, or anything for that matter but BMS Cat made it very easy for me! My initial estimate was completed by Melissa, and she handled most of the communication to my insurance (or helped me figure out what I needed to say when I did contact them). My project manager was Alex and he was super communicative and responsive during the entire duration of my project. We had to have dry wall repairs, and new flooring installed and he kept us informed during the entire process. Aaron was one of the main workers that would support on our job - he was the best! Super kind, efficient, great at his jobs and always cleaned up when he was completed for the day. Overall we had a great experience, and although we don’t WANT to have water damage lead us to construction/restoration again at least we know a great company to call. Anna Ingiosi5 StarWe had to replace the flooring in about half of our house due to water damage.
From the very first time we communicated with BMS, through Paul, to the final communication with Carlos and with everyone else who has called for scheduling and other things, this experience has been amazing.
We went into it expecting complications and a replacement floor that was less than what we had.
Instead, our concerns were heard and addressed, and every question was answered. Our needs were taken care of 200%. Every person who was in our house treated it like it was their own...even the 55-gallon fish tank!
Our new floors look amazing, professional, and have so much better quality than what we had before.
Paul was amazing in his estimates and answers, and Carlos was so patient with my constant concerns, questions, and requests. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Thursday 1st August 2024
Georgia Dodd5 StarWe had two water leaks in both our bathrooms. BMS Cat came and worked diligently to fix the problems. Melissa was always there if I needed anything. She was very professional and promptly returned my calls.
Alex oversaw the crew that was working. All of the workers were very knowledgeable and professional.
BMS Cat was wonderful and I would not hesitate to use them again. I would recommend them to anyone. From Melissa, Alex and all the workers were awesome.

Abigail Andrus5 StarWe had an incredible experience with BMS Cat. We experienced a dishwasher leak in our kitchen that required a tear out of cabinets and our hardwood floors, which we love dearly and did not want to replace. I was overwhelmed with dealing with insurance, mitigation and reconstruction but BMS Cat eased my tension from my first interaction with them. I was anxious about the project because all construction projects are awful, right?! That’s been my experience in the past but this one was different. We were taken care of from the start and assured that BMS Cat would make everything right. Mike Willis was our PM and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I rarely had to reach out with questions because Mike was on the ball with communication. He was at my house every time a subcontractor showed up and he was constantly updating me on what was happening and what I could expect next. Mike answered phone calls and texts almost immediately. Our project got a little complicated when the new hardwood didn’t match the existing. I was afraid BMS Cat was going to try and convince me that it was ok but Mike took one look and immediately decided it was unacceptable. He sharpened his pencil and worked closely with the subcontractor and our insurance company to update the estimate and execute Plan B. It was a tough job but Mike and BMS Cat got it done. 11 weeks without a kitchen and I only cried once. BMS Cat and Mike are worthy of all my praise!Tuesday 2nd April 2024
