I had a great experience with Gabe for my roof repair. The entire process was completely painless from start to finish, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. It’s such a relief to work with someone reliable who does great work. We hired Build Doctors for roofing and restoration after a storm damaged our home in Scottsdale, AZ. From the first roof inspection to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained our options clearly, documented everything thoroughly with photos, and kept us updated on scheduling and progress the whole way through. What really impressed me was the insurance claim support. Our claim was originally denied, but Build Doctors stepped in, provided the right documentation, and worked the process until the entire project was approved! Seriously felt like an “uno reverse card” moment. They saved us a ton of time and money. The workmanship was solid, cleanup was spotless, and the roof looks amazing.
