Karen Rogers1 StarThe worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I had a soft spot and paid him in full before all the work was done and he never came back and finished the job. I left numerous messages and phone calls to no avail. I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling thru the fan. I called Dave to come fix it and I got no response. Then I stopped him in his driveway and asked him to come over to check it out. He said he would, but never showed up. Now after all these messages and phone calls and the leak getting to be so bad that it required a child's pool to collect all the water, I was forced to hire another contractor to do the repairs at the cost of $4000.00 to me.
