From the start of your project you will meet with our comfort consultant for a cost FREE estimate. From there you will pick out your design and materials at our showroom that will go with your homes esthetics.

From start to finish of this plank/carpet home project...'Let Us Floor You' was fantastic! After securing 3 bids for my home project which included vinyl plank flooring in the den and carpet in the living room/master bedroom...it quickly became apparent that Let Us Floor You was by far the best likely choice. Alicia was the first to impress at their store off Arizona ave and Elliot rd...immediately taking a genuine interest in what I was looking for. Made great suggestions, explained choices and gave me simple to calculate pricing for the entire project. Was able to take home various samples of product for the week giving me ample time to make choices. Once planks and carpeting were ordered...the project moved quickly with the assignment of install dates within the next week. A family owned business with the majority of the install folks being family as well. I've not experienced better customer service...ever! Communication was excellent, on-time arrivals to installs were to the minute and the completion follow up was handled exactly as promised. Even the fact that a problem with a foundation crack after old carpet was removed..never became a road block. A member of their team, (Ben), was there and with the tools to make a major grinding/leveling, (1" variance in the floor), process start immediately and only delayed the project by a day. Alicia, Steve, Bill, (Happy Upcoming Retirement), Ben, Jake, Lech, Rex, Roy and Roy Jr...thank you for an outstanding job! This family business is the true definition of excellence.

Alicia and Steven took amazing care of us from start to finish. Helped us find a great floor that would work on top of our old tile and worked with us to schedule the project with our vacation plans so it could be done with minimal disruptions. The crew was super detailed and ensured high quality work including getting some trickier spots perfect, such as fitting the new floors under our built in fridge and perfecting baseboard/floor transitions to areas we kept tiled. Couldn’t be happier, feels like an entirely new home!
