We recently purchased a new home from Porchlight Homes, and the entire process continues to be amazing. We love our new home, and from the minute we expressed interest in the property, everyone from Porchlight homes has made the experience perfect. Kelli kept us updated throughout the build process, and as we approached closing, Hector guided us through the final ins and outs of the home. The home is very well-built, and we have no complaints. Everything has been stellar. Thank you Porchlight Homes!

The team at Porchlight just finished a beautiful home for a client. Not only did Porchlight complete the build early, which was the preference of my client, but the team was excellent in every way. Great communication, strong craftsmanship, top-notch design, and smart floorplans. Many thanks especially to Hector and Kelli!

So happy we bought a Porchlight home. After looking at tons of houses across many of the new build big developments it's super clear that Porchlight produces significantly higher quality homes. It's in the details, like the trim and fixtures, but also in the core things like amazing insulation and windows. We purchased a spec home from them; been living here for months and love the house + community. Every new build has minor things to catch, and in our walkthrough they were awesome about any requests we made. Haven't had any problems since, and again - for a new build home that's pretty next level excellent. Their agent, Kelli, made the purchasing process SO clear and pleasant. Their head contractor guy, Charlie, has been super responsive and friendly, too. Porchlight was very fair in the negotiation. Only complaint was that we opted to use their lender to maximize our incentives, and she was not great to work with (just a rough personality). Delighted with our beautiful new house!

Update now roof is leaking …. And response from Porch light is laughable as so false! BUYERS BEWARE - Purchased a house in 2021, it was delayed on construction timeline but understood due to COVID and was extremely patient with the builder. However, there have been ongoing Air Conditioning issues since date of purchase, in a brand new house. The sub-contractor has been out 7 times in 2 years and the issues ARE STILL NOT FIXED. Porchlight has shown no accountability in helping to resolve the issue, customer service has been terrible and I am out thousands of dollars now. You truly only know how good a vendor is when you have a problem, and Porchlight have shown their colors here.

Highly recommend you be wary of this builder. I have had many issues with the quality of my home since I moved in in 2019 and it's a new build. I have had multiple neighbors have issues as well. I have read through reviews and it appears other homeowners in other neighborhoods have been dealing with the same issues. I honestly don't know how they are able to cut corners and pass inspections to sell to homeowners, but they are. I have 2 neighbors that I know of because it's been brought to my attention of them dealing with plumbing issues, on homes that are only 4 years old. I had an instance where a manual book was left on top of my AC unit in my attic and fell inside over time being turned on and it DIDN'T trip the circuit breaker which is a fire hazard. It amazes me what these builders get away with.
