We love Reform and Co. They transformed our homestead/farm into something very special for our family. We hired Reform and Co. to help with our driveway, hard scapes, planning, walls, general outdoor landscaping and to build an amazing pool area for our grandchildren. They were timely, great at communication, allowed us into the design process and took our ideas and transformed them into amazing finished spaces. We had our beautiful pool, grass and hard scape areas done in far less time than any other contractor that worked on the project. Waylon and his team were there daily, overseeing contractors, adding design touches, asking question and making sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. This was a once in a lifetime pool as we built it for the generations who will follow us, but, if we were doing another major build, pool build or any project related to our home, Reform and Co., would be my only call. It took us three years to build our homestead/farm. We had a lot of frustration with many different contractors. We had ZERO frustration with Waylon and his team. They under promised and over delivered on everything they touched. I will never go to anyone else.

We worked with Waylon and Reform during the pandemic. When we bought the house I knew it needed extensive renovations, but thought I'd wait until I retired. With the pandemic, and having to work from home...it just couldn't wait. As part of the process...I obtained 3 different bids, one of them being from Waylon. His bid was thoughtful and inclusive, covering all of the bases so we didn't have to worry about "hidden" items...which was evident in the other two bids. His crew was outstanding, showing up on time every day during the process, and delivered great work! Waylon stuck to budget and even finished the job 1 day shy of our agreed upon completion date. I had friends that did jobs during the same time and they were billed extra for things not covered in the contract (even though they thought they were), and also had significant delays. Follow-through on "punch list" items was timely, and everything was done immediately. Waylon checked in daily and I appreciated his transparent communication. He helped me think through some minor changes that made a big impact as well. I have recommended Reform and Company to others as well, and know they have been happy also. I give them two thumbs up!

We had custom floor to ceiling cabinetry for our primary bedroom en suite designed, constructed, and installed by Reform and Company shortly after moving into our home. In addition to Reform, we spoke with several contractors to obtain estimates and varying design concepts. The ceiling is sloped further complicating both the design and installation. We liked the initial design provided by Waylon Dana and were very comfortable with the quoted estimate. Reform kept us informed during the fabrication process and even reduced the period by one week. The installation included the coordination with the counter surface installer as part of the cabinetry sits atop the counter. The demolition and installation crew is first-rate. Surrounding areas were well-protected and the final project is more than we imagined. Reform is at the top of our list for the next project.

Waylon and his crew at Reform and Company were outstanding. We were living out of state at the time and they remodeled every room in our home including every door and baseboard. We gave him full access to our home for 4 months and never worried about anything. He kept us updated every week on the progress. Waylon custom built our kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well as closet storage. He offered suggestions such as crown molding and an electric fireplace that we had not considered but love now. We could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend his services.
