It took me awhile to write this review because I wanted to make sure I highlight all the great things that we experienced working with Dmitriy and VIP Remodeling for our whole house remodel. First, we chose them because of Dmitriy’s “nothing is impossible” attitude, prompt communication and fair pricing. Right from the start, we had a very tight timeline to put together a budget and multiple documents, which he worked through all of it with grace and commitment. He got everything together on time and to specific specifications. Most contractors would have bailed on us at this point, but Dmitriy doesn’t mind doing the hard things and is true to his word. Once the project started, he kept in close communication, letting us know timelines and produced detailed images of the spaces so we could review all the little details. He was also good about letting us know when design and material choices were due. I was also super impressed with his honesty. There were times when he made small revisions to the budget due to overage from original budget (small changes I would have no way of knowing) but he made sure to credit them back. That spoke volumes to us about Dmitriy’s character and integrity. Also if there were any issues or concerns with the team he didn’t make excuses, he addressed the issue promptly and it never popped up again. Even though he had another large project going on at the same time, we always felt that our project was his top priority and was always in constant back and forth communication with us. Toward the end, we again had tight timelines to move in, but he and his team were steadfast and they worked around the clock to meet the deadline and make sure all got completed. We absolutely love the end result! It is beautiful and turned out amazing!! We would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat. It is also reassuring to have him say multiple time that if we need anything or anything comes up to just give him a call, they aren’t going anywhere. As others have said, you need to look no further and you will be in great hands with VIP Remodeling for any of your home remodeling needs!
