Very disappointed with my experience with Woodard Construction LLC. After my initial request on February 22nd, I made multiple attempts asking for a quotation and inspection report. They finally sent it on March 4th, and I signed the contract on March 14th. Despite that, I never received a confirmed start date. I followed up through numerous calls, emails and messages—over a dozen attempts—but got no meaningful response. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting, I had no choice but to hire another contractor. This entire process was unprofessional and frustrating. Not recommended.

Chris Woodard and Woodard Construction are very professional in their approach to jobs, listening to each customers needs and executing an agreed upon plan to perfection. I called Woodard Construction to get a quote on a number of projects in my home (wood floors in two areas; dual-flush toilets and a steam shower). Chris, the owner, came to do the estimates and was beyond professional. He even has training in aesthetics and design, which is not what I'm used to from a contractor! The prices he quoted were reasonable, and he was happy to discuss payment options. Even though I wasn't ready to move forward with the larger projects at this time, and only wanted the dual-flush toilet ($250, installed with old one removed through July 2013--a complete steal) he came to do the install and treated me as if I had just signed a $5k project. Upon removing the old toilet he even offered to touch up the paint spot that I had missed when I repainted the bathroom walls. A complete professional! If you're looking to do a small or major construction project, you'd be wise to at least consider Woodard Construction LLC for a bid. You won't be disappointed.
